Ingredients
- FOR THE SAUCE
- 10 large fresh green beans ends snipped
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Korean chili flakes
- zest and juice of 1 lime
- MUSHROOMS
- 2 tablespoons each soy sauce, mirin, sake, white miso paste and sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound oyster mushrooms chopped
How To Make ginger glazed oyster mushrooms w/ green bean sauce

Step 1Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook 1 minute. Drain and add to a bowl full of ice. Pat dry and thinly slice. Whisk the remaining sauce ingredients together then stir in the green beans set aside.

Step 2Mix all the ingredients together for the mushrooms except the oil and mushrooms. Set aside. Add the oil to a sauté pan and add the mushrooms and cooked until browned. Add the mushroom ingredients and cook until the mushrooms are glazed and browned. Pour the sauce over top and cook 30 seconds.
