- 1 pound white button mushrooms (or cremini mushrooms also known as baby bellas)
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- ½ tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
