Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 medium shallot small dice
- 3 bunches baby bok choy rinsed and core cut off.
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
How To Make garlic and oyster sauce baby bok choy

Step 1Add to butter to large skillet. Saute the shallot and garlic for 1 minute. Add the oyster sauce and bok choy. Add two tablespoons of water and cover with a lid. Let steam 3 minutes. Uncover and stir and cook until desired tenderness on the harder ends of the bok choy.
