Ingredients

  • 20 oz
    (2 boxes) chopped spinach
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • 1 can(s)
    cream mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 6 oz
    swiss cheese, shredded
  • 6 oz
    thin spaghetti (cooked & drained)
  • 1/4 tsp
    nutmeg

How to Make Gail's Yummy Spinach Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Squeeze moisture out of thawed drained spinach. I empty into my colander & drain...
  2. Combine all ingredients well. Sprinkle top w/nutmeg
  3. Bake at 350 for 1 hr.
