I wanted to make some fried green tomatoes and made do with what I had on hand, I was very pleased, and so was everyone else, so this is how I make them now.

Ingredients
- - green tomatoes
- DRY INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup bisquick
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon mrs. dash onion & herb
- 1 teaspoon crazy garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt, pepper, sazonator (goya all purpose seasoning)
- 1 package sazon
- WET INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons of the flour mixture
- - oil for frying
How To Make fried green tomatoes

Step 1mix dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl.

Step 2in a small bowl add wet ingredients.

Step 3slice tomatoes into 1/4 inch slices.

Step 4dip in flour , then milk, then flour again.

Step 5heat oil in skillet and fry on both sides till golden brown.

Step 6drain on paper towels,
