- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups whole green beans (frozen ,but thawed or fresh)
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic (from jar)
- 3 - chopped green onions
How To Make fried green beans

Step 1Heat olive oil, butter and lemon juice in cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Add green onions,green beans, lemon zest,garlic, salt and pepper. Cook and stir for about 10 minutes or until green beans are tender but still alittle crunchy.
