Ingredients
- - fresh green beans
- 1 can evaporated milk
- - vinegar
- - corn meal
- - salt & pepper to taste
How To Make fried green beans

Step 1Pour milk into semi flat bowl, add about 2 TBL of vinegar, enough to thicken it some. Then add about 1/2 -1 c of cornmeal. You want the batter to be very thick so it will stick to the beans.

Step 2Heat oil in a deep pan or deep fryer. Put a few beans in oil at a time, making sure they are seperated. Fry till they start floating and look crispy. Salt and pepper as soon as you remove from oil.
