- GREEN GODDESS DRESSING
- 1 large avocado
- 1/4 cup whole milk yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- salt and pepper
- CAULIFLOWER
- 3 cups cauliflower broken into small florets
- 1/2 cup avocado oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- cilantro microgreens for garnish

Step 1Place all the ingredients for the dressing in a food processor and process until smooth.

Step 2Place the oil and the butter in a large frying pan. When the oil is hot, fry the florets until browned. Season with salt. Serve with the dressing and cilantro.
