Ingredients

12 oz
bacon
1/4 c
onion, chopped
1/4 c
bell pepper, chopped (red or green)
30 oz
whole kern corn, drained
1/2 tsp
salt
pepper to taste

How to Make Fried Corn

Step-by-Step

  • 1In skillet cook bacon until crisp. Set aside.
  • 2Add onion and bell pepper to bacon grease and saute until tender.
  • 3Add drained cans of corn, salt, and pepper.
  • 4Crumble bacon and add to corn. Mix well over medium heat. Cover skillet and simmer 5 minutes until hot. Serve hot.
