Ingredients
- 12 ounces bacon
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped (red or green)
- 30 ounces whole kern corn, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

How To Make fried corn

Step 1In skillet cook bacon until crisp. Set aside.

Step 2Add onion and bell pepper to bacon grease and saute until tender.

Step 3Add drained cans of corn, salt, and pepper.

Step 4Crumble bacon and add to corn. Mix well over medium heat. Cover skillet and simmer 5 minutes until hot. Serve hot.
