12 ozbacon

1/4 conion, chopped

1/4 cbell pepper, chopped (red or green)

30 ozwhole kern corn, drained

How to Make Fried Corn
- In skillet cook bacon until crisp. Set aside.
- Add onion and bell pepper to bacon grease and saute until tender.
- Add drained cans of corn, salt, and pepper.
- Crumble bacon and add to corn. Mix well over medium heat. Cover skillet and simmer 5 minutes until hot. Serve hot.
