- 1 medium head of green cabbage
- 1 small vidalia onion -- diced
- 2 tablespoons corn oil -- most cooking oils will work
- 6 slices smoked bacon
- - salt and pepper -- to taste
How To Make fried cabbage

Step 1Add corn oil to skillet, let it heat, and fry your bacon; once the bacon is almost done. Take it out of the skillet and set it aside.

Step 2Add your cabbage, salt/pepper, and onion to bacon grease/corn oil. Cook your cabbage until it's almost done. Then you crumble up your bacon and add it to cabbage. Cook your cabbage until it's tender.
