How to Make Fried cabbage
- If you don't already have some bacon drippings in your fridge, you can render down four of five slices of bacon then remove bacon from pan.
- Add cabbage, onion, and salt and pepper and cook over med-high heat until cabbage is tender to your preference. I like to cook mine on a little higher heat until it carmelizes a little. Delicious!
- You can crumble the bacon that you have left on top when it is done.
