Ingredients
- 1 - head cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 - onion, thinly sliced
- 4 or 4 slices bacon or bacon drippings
How To Make fried cabbage

Step 1If you don't already have some bacon drippings in your fridge, you can render down four of five slices of bacon then remove bacon from pan.

Step 2Add cabbage, onion, and salt and pepper and cook over med-high heat until cabbage is tender to your preference. I like to cook mine on a little higher heat until it carmelizes a little. Delicious!

Step 3You can crumble the bacon that you have left on top when it is done.
