Thinking about some of the side dishes we had when I was a kid got me thinking about fried cabbage. So simple, but so good. Great with any kind of meat. No one in my family likes cabbage but me, so once in a blue moon I make a pan and eat it all week. I apologize before this ritual begins. LOL!!
