- 4 slices thick sliced bacon, diced
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make fried cabbage

Step 1Fry the diced bacon in a large skillet until the fat is rendered and the meat is done, add a additional tbsp of meat grease if needed. Add the cabbage and cover, cook over medium heat until the cabbage is tender and translucent. Add, vinegar, sugar and salt (pepper if desired) and stir well. Serve hot.
