Ingredients
- 1 small cabbage head
- 1/2 - bacon
- 1/2 to 1 cups water
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make fried cabbage

Step 1Dice and fry bacon crisp, remove bacon from frying pan and drain bacon on paper towel, leave remaing bacon drippings in pan.

Step 2Cube cabbage and place in frying pan with the bacon drippings, toss cabbage in the drippings and add salt and pepper to taste, add water and cover stiring every so often, remove cover after cabbage starts to soften and to let water evaporate, fry until cabbage browns a bit add bacon back in to pan and toss, let it fry for a minute or two remove from heat and Enjoy!! I add more pepper after cooking just because we like LOTS of pepper here:)
