1 mediumhead of cabbage

1/4 cbacon drippings
-
·salt & pepper

3 Tbspsour cream
How to Make Fried Cabbage
- Wash and core your cabbage. Then cut the cabbage into 1/4 inch squares.
- Saute the cabbage in the bacon drippings, stirring constantly for about 1 minute, until tender and crisp, but not wilted or cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then stir in the sour cream. Serves 4
