This is a good tasting fried cabbage We had along with our BBQ ribs and pork steaks 4th of July meal.

Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cabbage
- 1/4 cup bacon drippings
- - salt & pepper
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
How To Make fried cabbage

Step 1Wash and core your cabbage. Then cut the cabbage into 1/4 inch squares.

Step 2Saute the cabbage in the bacon drippings, stirring constantly for about 1 minute, until tender and crisp, but not wilted or cooked through.

Step 3Season with salt and pepper to taste, then stir in the sour cream. Serves 4
