This is a good tasting fried cabbage We had along with our BBQ ribs and pork steaks 4th of July meal.

Ingredients For fried cabbage

  • 1 md
    head of cabbage
  • 1/4 c
    bacon drippings
  • salt & pepper
  • 3 Tbsp
    sour cream

How To Make fried cabbage

    Wash and core your cabbage. Then cut the cabbage into 1/4 inch squares.

    Saute the cabbage in the bacon drippings, stirring constantly for about 1 minute, until tender and crisp, but not wilted or cooked through.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste, then stir in the sour cream. Serves 4
