How to Make Fried Cabbage
1Wash and core your cabbage. Then cut the cabbage into 1/4 inch squares.
2Saute the cabbage in the bacon drippings, stirring constantly for about 1 minute, until tender and crisp, but not wilted or cooked through.
3Season with salt and pepper to taste, then stir in the sour cream. Serves 4
