- 1 bunch asparagus woody ends trimmed
- 2 sticks miso paste
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tube soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- - oil for frying
How To Make fried asparagus with miso sauce

Step 1Place the miso, butter, garlic, soy sauce, and honey in a saucepan. Cook on medium heat until smooth and heated through. Set aside.

Step 2Place a large skillet on high heat. Fill with oil enough to cover the asparagus. Heat the oil for 5 minutes until or until asparagus sizzles when dipped in. Deep fry the asparagus for 2 to 3 minutes depending on how big they are.

Step 3Drain. Serve with miso sauce over top.
