Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh asparagus spears
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Corn Flakes cereal, crushed fine
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- - oil to fry in
How To Make fried asparagus spears

Step 1Heat oil until hot enough to fry in.

Step 2Mix beaten egg, salt, and pepper.

Step 3Dip asparagus spears, one at a time, into the egg mixture.

Step 4Then roll in Corn Flake crumbles.

Step 5Drop into fat and fry until golden brown.

Step 6Remove from oil and place on a paper towel to drain. Serve while hot.
