How to Make Fried Asparagus Spears
- 1Heat oil until hot enough to fry in.
- 2Mix beaten egg, salt and pepper.
- 3Dip asparagus spears, one at a time, into egg mixture then roll in Corn Flake crumbles. Drop into fat and fry until golden brown. Remove from oil and place on paper towel to drain.
- 4Serve while hot.
