fresh tomato and pepper salsa

This salsa is so good and it taste great. It is best if you use fresh everything to make this recipe. If you want a little zing add a small chili pepper.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium red onion cut in 1/3 dice
  • 2 medium tomatoes halved and seeded cut into 1/3 dice
  • 1/2 - each red, yellow, and green bell pepper cut into 1/3 dice
  • 3/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • - kosher salt and pepper to taste

How To Make fresh tomato and pepper salsa

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl combine the onion with tomato, bell pepper, olive oil and lemon juice.
  • Step 2
    Add a large pinch of salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Step 3
    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bring to room temperature before serving.
