This is another recipe I got from my Mother it can be served as a side, or I have mixed macaroni in it, also served it over rice very versitile.

Ingredients
- 1 pound greenbeans (blanched)
- 1 medium onion (diced fine)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced )
- 4 slices thick cut bacon (diced)
- 2 teaspoons salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons vinagar
How To Make fresh greenbeans with bacon

Step 1Add small amount of oil to sauté pan. Add onion, bacon, and garlic cook on low for about 6 minutes.

Step 2Add greenbeans, salt and pepper cook till warmed through add the vinagar, mix in and serve.
