1Frist in a medium bowl sift the flour with the salt. Then add ib the next 3 ingerdient's & beat until smooth. Then in a heavy large frying pan heat the oil to about 355F. Then cut the onion's into 1/4 inch thick slices & separate into rings.
2Next dip each into the batter & drop a few at a time into heated oil.
3Then fry for about 2 to 3 min's & turn over occasionally. Then drain on a paper towel & sprinkle with the salt. best served warm.
