These are so crunchy and a great way to eat your veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 - head cauliflower, cut into flowerets
  • 3 - eggs, beaten
  • 1 - sleeve round buttery crackers, crushed
  • - oil for deep frying

How To Make french fried cauliflower

  • Step 1
    Dip cauliflower into eggs; coat with cracker crumbs. Pour oil into a 1/2 inch depth heavy skillet; ( I use a cast iron and it gives a great crunch) heat oil to 375F. Fry cauliflower 3 to 5 minutes or until golen brown; drain on paper towls.
