Ingredients
- 6 pounds grated cabbage
- 5 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon mustard seed
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 2 cups vinegar
- 2 - stems of chopped celery
- 2 - bell peppers, chopped
How To Make freezer slaw

Step 1Sprinkle salt over cabbage, let stand 1 hour.

Step 2Drain well.

Step 3Add pepper and celery, let stand 20 minutes longer.

Step 4Mix sugar, water, vinegar, celery seeds and mustard seeds.

Step 5Bring to a boil, pour over cabbage mixture.

Step 6Cool, put in freezer container.

Step 7Freeze.
