- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 tablespoons butter
- - salt to taste
- - pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chunky salsa, your favorite
- 1 teaspoon pimento
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
How To Make fiesta fried corn

Step 1Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat.Be careful not to scorch it.

Step 2Add drained corn, salt and pepper. Cook 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 3Add salsa, pimento and red pepper flakes. Reduce heat to medium. Cook until liquid has evaporated, stirring frequently.
