    whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • ·
    salt to taste
  • ·
    pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c
    chunky salsa, your favorite
  • 1 tsp
    pimento
  • 1/4 tsp
    red pepper flakes

How to Make Fiesta Fried Corn

Step-by-Step

  1. Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat.Be careful not to scorch it.
  2. Add drained corn, salt and pepper. Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add salsa, pimento and red pepper flakes. Reduce heat to medium. Cook until liquid has evaporated, stirring frequently.
