Ingredients

  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • - salt to taste
  • - pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chunky salsa, your favorite
  • 1 teaspoon pimento
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

How To Make fiesta fried corn

  • Step 1
    Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat.Be careful not to scorch it.
  • Step 2
    Add drained corn, salt and pepper. Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Add salsa, pimento and red pepper flakes. Reduce heat to medium. Cook until liquid has evaporated, stirring frequently.
