Ingredients
- 2 large zucchini
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- - Italian bread crumbs
How To Make faux- fried zucchini

Step 1Beat raw eggs in a large bowl until well mixed.

Step 2Slice zucchini into 1/4 inch thick rounds.

Step 3Dip zucchini in egg batter.

Step 4Place on greased cookie sheet or cake pan in one layer.

Step 5Sprinkle grated Parmesan on zucchini slices.

Step 6Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly over zucchini slices.

Step 7Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool. Separate with a knife and serve.
