Ingredients
- 1 ounce (16) pkge. cottage cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 packages (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make fantastic spinach casserole

Step 1Place cottage cheese, eggs, flour, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a food processor. Process until smooth.

Step 2Mix spinach, cottage cheese mixture and 2 cups of cheddar cheese in a bowl, then spread into a greased 9 X 13 inch baking dish.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and continue baking until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
