Fancy Frenched Green Beans
green beans, ends trimmed
extra virgin olive oil
1Cut green beans in half. If you have a Frencher, use that to prepare the beans as opposed to slicing them.
2Cook beans in a pot of salted boiling water until tender, approximately 5 minutes.
3Transfer beans to a large bowl and toss with salt, pepper, sherry vinegar and olive oil. Serve warm and enjoy!
