A nice flavorful touch to dress up your green beans! NOTE: If you happen to have one, a Green Bean Frencher may be used, but it's not necessary...I don't have one, myself!

Ingredients
- 1 pound green beans, ends trimmed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sherry vinegar
- 3/4 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
How To Make fancy frenched green beans

Step 1Cut green beans in half. If you have a Frencher, use that to prepare the beans as opposed to slicing them.

Step 2Cook beans in a pot of salted boiling water until tender, approximately 5 minutes.

Step 3Transfer beans to a large bowl and toss with salt, pepper, sherry vinegar and olive oil. Serve warm and enjoy!
