My whole family, adults and children alike, all request this dish for any occasion. It was the favorite of my sister who has passed and it's cooked with love and sweet memories!

Ingredients

  • 2 box
    frozen white shoepeg corn, thawed
  • 8 oz
    pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 stick
    butter, room temperature
  • 1/3 c
    diced green bell pepper
  • 1/3 c
    diced red bell pepper
  • 1 dash(es)
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Family Favorite Corn Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cream cheese and butter; add diced bell peppers; add salt and pepper to taste, then stir in corn. Put mixture in ovenproof casserole dish and bake, uncovered for approx. 35 minutes.
