I have requests every year for this dish, especially around the holidays! I've never found anyone who didn't like it, and I've shared this with so many friends, neighbors and family members!

Slow Cooker Crock Pot


8 oz
light cream cheese
2/3 c
egg substitute
1/2 c
8-1/2 oz
corn muffin mix
2-1/2 c
frozen corn, defrosted
16 oz
can creamed corn
1 c
evaporated skim milk
2 Tbsp
butter, melted
1 tsp
mrs dash table blend
1/4 tsp
freshly ground nutmeg


1Grease your slow cooker, or use a liner.
2Beat the cream cheese; stir in the eggs and sugar and blend well.
3Add the corn muffin mix, and remaining ingregients, and blend well.
4Pour into slow cooker and cook on high for 2-4 hours, depending on your crockpot. DO NOT double this recipe...the middle will not cook through.
