We love cabbage and Hope you'll give this your taste test.

Ingredients

  • 1
    cube butter
  • 1/2 tsp
    seasoning salt
  • 1 Med
    head of cabbage ( coarsely chopped or shredded)
  • 1 Med
    onion chopped
  • 6 Tbs
    cider vinegar
  • 1 Tsp
    sugar

How to Make EZ Cabbage in a Skillet By Freda

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large Cast Iron Skillet, Melt Butter and seasoning salt over "Med Heat".
    add; Cabbage and Onion.
    Cook, Covered for 15 min. til tender, Stir frequently.
  2. Blend the Sugar and Vinegar together.
    Add to the Cabbage.
    Stir gently to blend, Cook another 5 or so Min longer.

    SERVES 6
    SO EZ to ENJOY with any dinner
