Ingredients
- 1 - cube butter
- 1/2 tsp - seasoning salt
- 1 Med - head of cabbage ( coarsely chopped or shredded)
- 1 Med - onion chopped
- 6 Tbs - cider vinegar
- 1 Tsp - sugar

Step 1In a large Cast Iron Skillet, Melt Butter and seasoning salt over "Med Heat". add; Cabbage and Onion. Cook, Covered for 15 min. til tender, Stir frequently.

Step 2Blend the Sugar and Vinegar together. Add to the Cabbage. Stir gently to blend, Cook another 5 or so Min longer. SERVES 6 SO EZ to ENJOY with any dinner
