EAT YOUR VEGIES! With St Patty's day coming up soon, and summer Harvest of Cabbage crops Needing recipes, I thought To Post this recipe. We love cabbage and Hope you'll give this your taste test. Hope You'll also add this to your dinner table to enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 - cube butter
  • 1/2 tsp - seasoning salt
  • 1 Med - head of cabbage ( coarsely chopped or shredded)
  • 1 Med - onion chopped
  • 6 Tbs - cider vinegar
  • 1 Tsp - sugar

How To Make ez cabbage in a skillet by freda

  • Step 1
    In a large Cast Iron Skillet, Melt Butter and seasoning salt over "Med Heat". add; Cabbage and Onion. Cook, Covered for 15 min. til tender, Stir frequently.
  • Step 2
    Blend the Sugar and Vinegar together. Add to the Cabbage. Stir gently to blend, Cook another 5 or so Min longer. SERVES 6 SO EZ to ENJOY with any dinner
