1/2 cup melted butter
12 ounces can of whole kernel corn, drained
12 ounces can creamed corn
2 - eggs, beaten
1 cup sour cream
1 package jiffy corn muffin mix

How To Make escalloped corn casserole

Step 1

Stir all ingredients together. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350F for 45-60 minutes. Casserole is done when lightly browned and set in the middle.
