Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 12 ounces can of whole kernel corn, drained
  • 12 ounces can creamed corn
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package jiffy corn muffin mix

How To Make escalloped corn casserole

  • Step 1
    Stir all ingredients together. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350F for 45-60 minutes. Casserole is done when lightly browned and set in the middle.
