Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    melted butter
  • 12 oz
    can of whole kernel corn, drained
  • 12 oz
    can creamed corn
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 pkg
    jiffy corn muffin mix

How to Make Escalloped Corn Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Stir all ingredients together. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350F for 45-60 minutes. Casserole is done when lightly browned and set in the middle.
