Step 2IN A LARGE SKILLET COOK SAUSAGE AND ONION OVER MED.HIGH HEAT TIL SAUSAGE ARE BROWN. REMOVE FROM HEAT.

Step 3STIR IN EGGPLANT,BREAD CRUMBS,EGG ,MILK,SALT, AND PEPPER.TURN INTO A GREASED-1 QUART CASSEROLE DISH.BAKE IN A 350*OVEN ABOUT 30 MIN.OR UNTIL DRESSING IS HEATED THROUGH.
