Ingredients
- 2 cans (1 lb. cans)french style green beans drained
- 1 - medium sweet onion, thinly sliced; separate the rings
- 8 slices bacon fried; save drippings
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 6 tablespoons each of sugar and red wine vinegar
How To Make edna's green beans

Step 1Stir sugar and vinegar into bacon drippings Meanwhile, layer in a 11x9 baking dish as follows: Beans, onion rings spread evenly, crumbled bacon and almonds

Step 2Pour heated dressing over the beans. Marinate covered in the refrigerator overnight, Next day remove cover, Bake uncovered 350 oven for 45 minutes
