Ingredients

  • 1
    package frozen spinach (10 oz)
  • 1
    can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1
    can french-fried onions
  • 8
    butter crackers, crushed

How to Make Easy Spinach Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook spinach according to package directions, drain. Heat soup & cream cheese in pan till well blended, stirring frequently. Add French-fried onions & spinach, mixing well. Spoon into 8x8" baking dish, sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min.
