How to Make Easy Pickled Beets
- Combine sugar, vinegar, cloves, cinnamon stick, mixed picklingspice, and reserved juice in pan. Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves; add beets and brings to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and chill thoroughly in refrigerator before serving.
