easy peasy peas
We really like peas - I prefer frozen over canned b/c they are not mushy. The trick is to heat them to preferred serving temperature, but not to boil them. Omit garlic if you like.

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon (granulated or powdered)
- 1 - 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced or 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- pinch sugar
- salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make easy peasy peas

Step 1Add water, peas, garlic, pinch of sugar and bouillon to medium saucepan.

Step 2Place butter on top of peas. Heat until all butter is melted. Do not let boil, just heat.

Step 3Drain off water. Add salt and pepper to taste.
