3/4 cmilk or cream

1/2 tspcajun seasoning

How to Make Easy Maque Choux
- Cook bacon until desired doneness. Remove bacon from pan and drain, reserving 2 tablespoons grease.
- Add onion to pan and cook about 5 minutes. Add bell pepper and celery; cook about 5 minutes.
- Stir in tomatoes, corn, and milk; reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 20 minutes.
- Add cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper and simmer 10-15 minutes until sauce is reduced.
- Stir in cooked bacon. Serve.
