Ingredients
- 1 package bacon, diced
- 1 - onion, diced
- 1 - green bell pepper, diced
- 2 - stalks celery, diced
- 3 cups corn kernels
- 1 - large tomato, diced
- 3/4 cup milk or cream
- 1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make easy maque choux

Step 1Cook bacon until desired doneness. Remove bacon from pan and drain, reserving 2 tablespoons grease.

Step 2Add onion to pan and cook about 5 minutes. Add bell pepper and celery; cook about 5 minutes.

Step 3Stir in tomatoes, corn, and milk; reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 20 minutes.

Step 4Add cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper and simmer 10-15 minutes until sauce is reduced.

Step 5Stir in cooked bacon. Serve.
