Ingredients
- 2 cups light sour cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 - chopped scallions
- 1/2 cup real bacon bits
- 3 cups reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 cups cooked rice, divided
How To Make easy layered casserole

Step 1Heat oven to 425. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine sour cream, sugar, salt and pepper.

Step 2In another bowl, combine scallions, bacon bits and cheese. Place 1/3 of the rice in casserole dish. Layer w/ 1/3 of the sour cream mix, then 1/3 of the cheese mix.

Step 3Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending w/ the cheese mix. Bake 30 mins, or until bubbly.
