easy italian green beans
My Italian friend loves Italian beans, and this is how I like to doctor them up when she comes over!

Ingredients
- 1 package frozen italian beans (about 10-16 ounces)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced or grated
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste (optional)
- 1-2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
How To Make easy italian green beans

Step 1Prepare beans according to package directions. Don't let them get too soft. Drain.

Step 2Melt butter in a skillet, add garlic. Saute briefly. Add drained beans. Sprinkle with salt, pepper(s) and Italian seasoning. Stir gently to make sure beans are nicely coated.

Step 3Sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving
