- 4 - ears of corn husked
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup mexican cotija cheese
How To Make easy grilled mexican street corn

Step 1Heat up a grill. Place corn directly on the grill and grill 8 to 10 minutes turning to brown on all side.

Step 2Place the mayo, taco seasoning and Cotija cheese in on separate plates. Roll the corn in the mayo, then the taco seasoning then the cheese.
