    can cream-style corn
  • 1 can(s)
    white niblet corn
  • 2
    eggs beaten
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 8 1/2 oz
    box of jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 8 oz
    sour cream

How to Make Easy Corn Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients together well. Put in a 9x13 inch buttered dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until firm in the middle.
