This is an easy go- to casserole, thats easy to make and quick to have on the table!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 package Jiffy brand cornbread mix
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 can sweet whole corn
  • 8 ounces Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 2 - eggs, sligghtly beaten

How To Make easy corn casserole

  • Step 1
    mix all ingredients except for the cheese, in a medium size bowl
  • Step 2
    butter a casserole or baking dish of your choice
  • Step 3
    pour the mixture into a buttered dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
  • Step 4
    sprinkle the top of the casserole with cheese and bake an additional 5-8 minutes, or until the cheese has melted
