- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 package Jiffy brand cornbread mix
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can sweet whole corn
- 8 ounces Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 2 - eggs, sligghtly beaten
How To Make easy corn casserole

Step 1mix all ingredients except for the cheese, in a medium size bowl

Step 2butter a casserole or baking dish of your choice

Step 3pour the mixture into a buttered dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.

Step 4sprinkle the top of the casserole with cheese and bake an additional 5-8 minutes, or until the cheese has melted
