- 4 - potatoes, baked
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- - bacon bits
- 1/4 - milk
- - salt and pepper or seasoned salt
How To Make easy cheesey potato skins

Step 1Cut each potato lengthwise

Step 2Scoop out the insides into small bowl. Coarsely mash. You want it to be lumpy

Step 3Place scooped skins on cookie sheet. Season with salt and pepper

Step 4Place into 350 degree oven for 10 -15 minutes

Step 5Put mashed potatoes in small saucepan medium heat add milk and cheddar. blend together

Step 6Remove skins from oven, scoop mashed into skins sprinkle bacon bits and additional cheddar on top, place back in warm oven so added cheddar melts. remove and enjoy
