easiest glazed carrots and apples
This a quick, easy side that goes great with any meat, poultry or fish. I use reduced fat margarine and Splenda brown sugar for a healthier dish. Tastes great and no one will even know it's healthy!

Ingredients
- 1 bag baby carrots, approximately 12 oz.
- 1 - granny smith apple, cored and diced
- 1/2 teaspoon gourmet salt blends rosemary lemon & roasted garlic salt
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, cubed
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make easiest glazed carrots and apples

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Toss whole baby carrots, diced apple and salt together in a 8x8 glass baking dish.

Step 2Dot with butter cubes. Sprinkle cinnamon and then brown sugar over all.

Step 3Seal tightly with foil and bake at 350 in center of oven for one hour.
