The lime makes this corn tangy with a little heat fron the cayenne peper. It's a great change from plain corn.

    ears of corn (cleaned)
  • 6 Tbsp
    room temp butter
  • 3 Tbsp
    lime zest
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    lime juice

How to Make Dragonbreath corn on the cob


  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Spread on each ear of corn
  3. Wrap in tin foil sealing all ends
  4. Cook on hot coals about 20 mins and serve
