  • 3 tablespoons lime zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients
  • Step 2
    Spread on each ear of corn
  • Step 3
    Wrap in tin foil sealing all ends
