Another orphaned recipe I've adopted! This could be interesting!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 - minced garlic cloves
- 5 - zucchini, cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 5 - tomatoes
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make dixieland casserole

Step 1Heat oil in skillet.

Step 2Add garlic and zucchini, and saute for a few minutes.

Step 3Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 4Peel tomatoes and cut into slices.

Step 5Place enough zucchini slices in bottom of an oiled 1 1/2 quart casserole to cover bottom.

Step 6Cover squash with tomato slices.

Step 7Continue to layer squash and tomatoes, ending with layer of sliced tomatoes.

Step 8Sprinkle top of last layer of tomatoes with basil, oregano, and seasoned bread crumbs mixed with butter.

Step 9Bake uncovered for 30 minutes in 350 oven.
