"dilly beans"
I make these every fall with my harvested green beans and fresh dill. they are sooo yummy. good alone of with so many things even in Bloody Marys!!!

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups cider vinegar
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup pickling salt
- - garlic cloves
- - cayenne pepper
- - crushed red pepper
- - dill heads
- - fresh green beans
How To Make "dilly beans"

Step 1pack green beans in pint jars. to each packed jar add: 1 clove garlic 1/8 to 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1/8 to 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes 1 dill head

Step 2Boil Vinegar, water and salt. Pour hot mixture into packed jars. put on HOT lids. Bring some water to a boil. Process jars 15 minutes in hot water bath

Step 3I usually leave them for 2 months or so before I eat them so they have plenty of time to pickle. depending on how you pack the jars. this recipe should make 4 pints or so.
