Need the kids to eat their carrots? This is the way to do it. Can be served with your FINELY prepared dinner quests or made for family dining and fun summer meals

Ingredients

  • 1 - large bag of baby carrots
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dill weed
  • - salt & pepper- to taste
  • 1 - small tub - sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish sauce

How To Make dill sauced carrots

  • Step 1
    Par-Cook carrots until tender yet crispy, drain and set to cool
  • Step 2
    In a skillet melt stick of butter, adding brown sugar. Once these have melted/ blended ,add dill and salt & pepper. Now, add sour cream and watch it carmelize. Careful not to burn.
  • Step 3
    Add sauce to carrots and let sit to combine flavors, DELICIOUS.. No one will ever guess how these were made ! Enjoy
