    large bag of baby carrots
  • 1 stick
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    dill weed
  • ·
    salt & pepper- to taste
  • 1
    small tub - sour cream
  • 1 tsp
    horseradish sauce

How to Make Dill Sauced Carrots


  1. Par-Cook carrots until tender yet crispy, drain and set to cool
  2. In a skillet melt stick of butter, adding brown sugar. Once these have melted/ blended ,add dill and salt & pepper. Now, add sour cream and watch it carmelize. Careful not to burn.
  3. Add sauce to carrots and let sit to combine flavors, DELICIOUS.. No one will ever guess how these were made ! Enjoy
