Ingredients
- 1 - large bag of baby carrots
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon dill weed
- - salt & pepper- to taste
- 1 - small tub - sour cream
- 1 teaspoon horseradish sauce
How To Make dill sauced carrots

Step 1Par-Cook carrots until tender yet crispy, drain and set to cool

Step 2In a skillet melt stick of butter, adding brown sugar. Once these have melted/ blended ,add dill and salt & pepper. Now, add sour cream and watch it carmelize. Careful not to burn.

Step 3Add sauce to carrots and let sit to combine flavors, DELICIOUS.. No one will ever guess how these were made ! Enjoy
