How to Make Dill Sauced Carrots
- Par-Cook carrots until tender yet crispy, drain and set to cool
- In a skillet melt stick of butter, adding brown sugar. Once these have melted/ blended ,add dill and salt & pepper. Now, add sour cream and watch it carmelize. Careful not to burn.
- Add sauce to carrots and let sit to combine flavors, DELICIOUS.. No one will ever guess how these were made ! Enjoy
