Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cream or sweetened condensed milk (use condensed milk for a sweeter taste)
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cans corn (white shoepeg or yellow as desired)
How To Make deluxe scalloped corn casserole

Step 1Beat eggs, stir in other ingredients.

Step 2Pour into buttered 1 quart (950 mL) casserole dish.

Step 3Bake for approximately 1 hour at 325degF (162.77degC) until set and knife slides out dry.
