Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 1/2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup diagonally sliced celery
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 12 ounces frozen peas
- 3/4 cup sliced water chestnuts
- 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento or red bell pepper
How To Make deluxe peas

Step 1In a large skillet on medium heat, melt butter or margarine; stir in chicken bouillon powder, water, mushrooms, celery, and seasonings; cook for about 6 minutes, or until vegetables are almost tender.

Step 2Stir in peas; cook, covered, for 2 minutes.

Step 3Add water chestnuts and pimento, if using.

Step 4Cook for about 1 minute or until heated through; stir occasionally.
