1Cook onions in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Add peas. Cook for 5 minuteness more or up to 10 minutes more or til vegetables are tender. If using canned peas, cook onions for 15 to 20 minutes or til tender. Add peas and heat through.Drain well and keep warm.
2Meanwhile, in another pan, melt margarine. Blend in flour salt and pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir til thickened and bubbly. Cook 1 minutes more. Stir in drained onions and peas. Heat through. Serves 6
